2. All Golf Club personnel in function or retired :

- Administrative personnel

- Employees

- Labourers

- Caddy Masters

- Green keepers and green keeping staff

3. Catering personnel working at a Club

4. Starters and Marshalls who are recognized by a club and active on a regular basis

5. Any other Golf Club personnel
